Article XI – AI owners
11.1 AI ownership will be shared between commissioners (yearly for times we can’t fill the league, and weekly for specific situations).
11.2 No trades between AI owners and other owners.
Article XII- Ethics and Constitutional Amendments
12.1 It is expected that each member acts ethically when possible.
12.2 The Constitution can be amended.
12.3 Amendments made prior to the beginning of a fantasy season come into force immediately.
12.4 Amendments made during the season do not take effect until the next season (depending on the case).
12.5 The Constitution can be amended by the commissioner as he pleases. While it is not required, it is recommended that he consult the membership to determine their thoughts on any changes.
12.6 On the day of the draft and any time before, members can propose amendments to the Constitution. These proposals will be heard but their passage or acceptance cannot be guaranteed.
12.7 The commissioner has the right to enforce penalties to franchises at his discretion if a situation arises that does not fall under the terms of the Constitution. (Suspension, Roster Adjustments, Team lockout, etc.)
12.8 Commissioner Role - During the season, the commissioner will be responsible to efficiently run the day-to-day operations of the Fairborn’s Finest Fantasy Football League (Hereto after referred to: FFFFL) and will be required to interpret the appropriate course of action based on the terms outlined in the Constitution and by Yahoo or NFL.Com.

Fantasy football is all about competition, but it is essential to the integrity of the game that the competition be fair and balanced. In order to ensure that all NFL.com Fantasy Football leagues operate under optimal conditions for all users, there is a general set of rules that apply that all owners should keep in mind throughout the fantasy season.
Custom leagues are designed to be just that: customized. In these leagues, it is up to the League Manager and the individual team owners to police the content, communication and activity of the league. NFL.com is not liable for any communication, activity or fair play issues amongst the individual users in Custom Leagues.
Welcome to NFL.com Fantasy 2017 (the "Promotion"), where you can join an NFL-managed 10-team, head-to-head Fantasy league. No matter what your skill level, we'll have plenty of leagues for you to choose from, including live and auto pick drafts available at various dates and times. The rules for the Promotion are explained fully in this document.
NFL.com will serve as the league manager and will coordinate and manage all NFL.com Fantasy 2017 leagues (and has the authority to resolve any disputes that arise regarding unbalanced trades, alleged rules violations or anything else pertaining to the Promotion).
All active members of the League are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with that of a Gentleman. This code of ethics includes, but is not limited to: setting your best possible lineup each week; not dropping players out of anger, frustration, or resentment; not partaking in collusion of any sort.
A violation of this code of ethics can result in either a fine, not to exceed game/week suspension for the year, or in severe or repetitive cases, removal from the League. Any active member can report a violation to the Panel of Trustees who will investigate and discuss the case, making sure to hear from all affected parties and will then rule on the verdict.
