Article VIII - New Rule Creation
8.1 When a league dispute arises which has not been addressed in the league constitution, a discussion will ensue on possible resolutions. Following the discussion period, the commissioner will create an online poll so that owners can vote on an appropriate course of action. The result of the poll will apply immediately and the resulting ruling will be amended to the existing constitution for future reference.
8.2 All poll outcomes will be determined based on a plurality and in the case of a tie the commissioner will use his infinite wisdom to cast the deciding vote. When possible polls will run for 3 days unless it is closer to game day, in which case the voting time will be shortened accordingly.
8.3 Most (others can be decided by league commissioners) Constitution changes must be voted and won with majority (Commish and Co-Commish have final say in any and all ties).

Probable (P) - Players are very likely to start in the upcoming week
RES: Injured Reserve
SUS: Suspended
PUP: Physically Unable to Perform
Setting your fantasy roster is one of the most important aspects of Fantasy Football and is something every player should be diligent about doing each week.
Roster setting, or deciding which players' scores will count and which will not for a weekly matchup, takes place in the MY TEAM page. A player whose score will count is called a "starter" or in the "starting lineup". To place him there is to "start" him. A player whose score will not count is referred to as "on the bench" or "sat". To place him there is to "sit" him.
NFL-Managed Leagues also feature a starting flex position (Wide Receiver/Running Back). This allows you to start either a third Running Back or Wide Receiver each week, giving each team owner a chance to use their own personal strategy each week. This roster position is designated by a W/R on your starting lineup - any eligible Wide Receiver or Running Back may be started in this slot.
Select the gray box to the left of the player bar, then one of the green boxes that appear, to change the player's position in the roster. Team owners may also "drag and drop" the player using the same grey box. Select the yellow SUBMIT button to save all moves. Team owners are allowed to do this as many times as they want until the team or players lock at game time. You may also make lineup changes via "Drag and Drop" by selecting the gray box next to a player name and dragging this box to your preferred position. This will swap the player with another on your roster in the same way described above.
Lineup Lock Times
Each team’s roster locks at the kickoff time of each individual player’s game (i.e. If you have LeSean McCoy and want to start him on your team, you must submit him as a starter on your My Team page prior to the kickoff of McCoy's game). Note while players will not lock prior to the listed game start time, the actual kickoff time may sometimes differ slightly, so be sure to make your changes as early as possible to ensure they are valid for the current week. Players in starting roster spots (not benched players) lock (become unable to be moved, added, dropped, or traded) for the weekend in one of the following three ways:
Each player/spot locks at about the individual player's listed kickoff time (default setting)
Any player available as a Free Agent within the league will switch over to Waivers at this time. If No Waivers is chosen as a Custom League option, Free Agent Lock Type must then be determined (player locks at game time).
9.1 If an owner has a roster spot open (either due to bye week or simple oversight (injury)), but has a backup player (not on bye, or OUT) available on their bench, then the Commissioner will not insert the available player in the open roster slot. It is completely up to the owner of the team to make the necessary changes. If the situation continues disciplinary actions, or control of the team by the Commissioner may occur.
9.2 The commissioner will not make a substitution for a player who is OUT, regardless of when they were declared out, UNLESS the roster is illegal, in which case substitutions must be made.
9.3 Each team will have a full roster: 1 QB, 1 QB/W/R/T, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 W/R, 1 W/T 1 K, 1 DEF, 6 bench positions, and 1 IR (Keeper only).
9.4 Any owner who consecutively fails to set his/her lineup from week to week (playing injured or players on bye) is subject to game/week suspension (Possible removal from the league).
9.5 Unlimited Move Limit
